Wow, people taking advantage of discrimination-based government programs… who could have possibly seen this coming?

    They need to attach fraud charges to abuse of these programs.

    The problem is the cost to find the abuse.

    It’s easier to simply make programs that don’t have discriminatory requirements.

      That’s why I think criminal charges would help.

      Even if you know you’ve got an 80% chance of not getting cost or the program won’t be audited, a 20% chance of jail time and indictment might be enough to dissuade a lot of actors, which ultimately makes it cheaper to police.
