I will say, when this update hit (June) I very rarely notice rent issues now. However, the reworked economy is WAY different, actually had to take out loans and scrape pennies just to stay afloat.

It’s not that easy. In some areas, every retail store puts everyday stuff behind glass.
New Orleans had virtually every chain retail cvs/walgreens/target etc. with half the store behind glass. A lot of the items weren’t even what you would normally consider theft targets.
